The Boracay Dragons have not been defeated on home turf since 2003 and the Asian Championships did not change that. Winning all games in Open and Mixed division made the Philippines the 2009 Asian Beach Ultimate Champions

Early bird special (payment before 1 August 2009)
  • Team fee $90 USD
  • Player fee: $70 USD
  • Non-player fee: $40
 
Normal payment (due by 15 September 2009)
  • Team fee: $120
  • Player fee: $90
  • Non-player fee: $50
 
Players will receive (1) disc, (1) tournament jersey, (2) dinners, (3) lunches, (4) parties plus other freebies. Non-players will have lunches, dinners and parties.

For the player fees the refunds rules are as follows:

> 8 weeks: 80% refund
4-8 weeks: 50% refund
< 4 weeks: no refund unless a doctor letter is sent
 
There are no refunds on team fees unless a division is cancelled.
